The original program had a suggested pace of 1 lesson per week (see the suggested pace down below in the welcome letter). NO BS JUST FITNESS PROGRAM OVERVIEW
No BS just Fitness is a program created as part of a dissertation research project. It is developed on scientific principles and has a simple goal: Help rural men be more active!
The program consists of 11 education lessons (modules). It is designed to be completed in 10 weeks, but if you want to move faster or slower, you can do that too. You can access it on your own time. There are no set meeting times. You can use your phone or computer to complete each lesson. The schedule below shows what lessons should be completed each week to be done in 10 weeks.
10 WEEKS TO A HEALTHIER YOU
The program isn’t like a personal trainer. I won’t be a boot camp instructor yelling insults at you. Instead, I will give YOU the tools to be physically active. This means you can decide what works best for you. I’ll help you learn about what types of physical activity you need, give you ideas on how to be more active, help you to create goals, make plans to achieve those goals, and develop habits to make them stick long term.
This program contains a lot of in-depth, quality content that will make you think again about your approach to physical activity and health. I’ve included worksheets and handouts to help you organize your thoughts and guide you throughout the process. The best part is: You can do this program in the privacy of your own home on your own time! Feel free to go for walks or do other physical activities while listening to the lessons of the week.
