What is the No BS just Fitness Program?
This program has a simple goal: to help you become more active, fit, and healthy.
I would you like to think of this program as a self-paced, online class with 10 educational lessons for you to complete. I suggest spacing them out to about 1-2 lessons per week. What do these lessons include?

Each lesson varies depending on the topic. If you follow this program, it won't always be easy. Not everything will work for you. That's ok. You are here to learn something new and to try to be more active and healthier. Just being here is a great first step! The next step is following along and completing the materials.
Tips for getting the most of this program:
Start slow, don't overdue it starting out. As a track coach once told me: "I want you breaking down the doors at the end of the season as much as you are at the beginning of the season"
Be consistent
