The SEA Teacher program at Ateneo de Naga Senior High School in the Philippines provided me with invaluable experience in analyzing and comparing teaching plans. I was able to closely examine various lesson plans and their individual components, which allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the differences and similarities between Philippine and Indonesian teaching plans. This comparative analysis focused on key areas such as learning objectives, instructional activities, and assessment methods. By identifying the nuances in how these elements are structured and implemented in each country, I gained a broader perspective on diverse pedagogical approaches and lesson planning strategies across different educational systems. This experience enhanced my ability to adapt and create effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning environments.
