Connected Bradford (CB) is a secure, cloud-based database managed by Bradford Institute of Health Research (BIHR) that contains individual-level linked data for over 800,000 people across Bradford spanning over forty years.
HDRC Bradford are undertaking an innovative piece of work which aims to better understand public attitudes to sharing routinely collected local data and to work alongside Bradford communities to create a co-produced, trusted and functional local data system. Through engaging with communities in this way, the HDRC aims to create more transparency around the use of routine data and to empower communities about how their data is used and shared.
