Join us for a series of bitesize webinars to learn more about NIHR Personal Awards

The NIHR Academy, together with the NIHR RSS Specialist Centre for Public Health and the NIHR RSS Specialist Centre for Social Care is hosting a series of bitesize webinars to offer information, advice and support for individuals who are considering applying for a NIHR Personal Award - Predoctoral Award, Doctoral Award or Postdoctoral Award.

All potential applicants are invited to attend the Applying for NIHR Personal Awards and Writing a narrative CV webinars as well as those specific to the call they are interested in.

Who should attend?

These events are for anyone working in local authorities, or a voluntary sector organisation, working in public health or social care, who are interested in or have begun to apply for a Predoctoral Award, Doctoral Award or Postdoctoral Award.

The NIHR Academy Awards team and Specialist Centre methodologists will be on hand to answer questions, offer advice and support, and give detailed information on what is required in applications; including public involvement and community engagement, training plans, costing, and identifying academic support. You will also hear from current award holders, who will share their personal experiences and research journeys.
