10.0 – Never use placeable items to incapacitate players or damage vehicles.
10.1 – Do not place items in the middle of roads. Stretchers may only be placed on roads temporarily to move patients to safety. Never leave items unattended on roads.
10.2 – Stretchers must not be used during active combat.
10.3 – Never use IV stands to troll. Only attach a patient if you intend to revive them, and never leave them unattended for long periods.
10.4 – Always pick up placeable items once you're finished using them.
10.5 – Do not give placeable items to Health Care Assistants or non-NHS members.
10.6 – You must ask for permission before placing a patient on a stretcher or attaching them to an IV stand. If they decline, proceed without using them.
Stretchers can be used to move incapacitated players from point A to point B (e.g., moving someone off a road for safety).
Blood IV stands provide infinite blood to attached players. Their bleed timer will continue to count down, but they won't die at 0 while attached. If detached at 0, they will die instantly.
Always announce your intentions before using blood, stretchers, or IV stands — the animations are similar to reviving and can be mistaken.
The stetcher is used to move a patient off the road, to ensure that they don't get run over by a vehicle. It cannot be used during combat.
The IV stand cannot be used on roads, but can be used to stabilize a patient on a low blood timer, even during combat.
In order to place either one of the items, you must press P to bring up the virtual inventory. After double clicking the item, you are able to assemble it.
After placing the item next to the patient, by pressing the Interaction key (Windows), you can select "Put on Stretcher" or "Connect IV stand".
Once a person has been put onto the stretcher you can drag him into a safe location. You canalso use the IV stand while the patient is laying on the stretcher. You're also able to revive someone on the stretcher.
Once you have revived your patient, make sure to disassemble all of the items.
