Medical Director is the fifth rank within the NHS — a title reserved for those who have truly advanced the island's medical system. Only a select few hold this rank, each a medical marvel in their respective field.
Directors have dedicated themselves to pushing the boundaries of medical science in service of the NHS. Their primary role is to oversee and manage other ranking medics, while assisting the CEO in running the organisation.
NHS CEO is the sixth and final rank within the NHS. The CEO carries a wide range of responsibilities, overseeing all Directors and ensuring they fulfil their duties effectively.
The CEO is also expected to strengthen relations between the NHS, the general population, and the government — always striving to improve how the organisation serves the island.
