If I have a problem or question, what do I do?

Ask a fellow medic first.

If they can't help, reach out to an RTO or S/TO.

If none are available, feel free to message a Director or the CEO.

What are the special departments within the NHS?

RTO (Recruitment & Training Office) – Conduct interviews, train new recruits, and supervise fellow medics.

FTD (Flight Training Department) – Provide flight training to Nurses, certifying them as Doctors and granting access to the M900.

You may apply for special departments once you've reached the rank of Doctor.

How do I join a special department?

Check the special departments page of this handbook or the relevant TS channel description for vacant slots.

Speak with members of the department to see if it's right for you.

Submit an application when ready.

I was promoted to Doctor but can't play as one. Why? 

You must first complete your flight training to be fully whitelisted as a Doctor. Until then, you'll have both Doctor & Nurse tags to indicate you're awaiting training.

I think I may have combat revived. What do I do?

 Don't panic. Once the situation has ended, speak to an RTO or S/TO on TS for their opinion. If they believe it was a combat revive, they'll assist you in resolving the issue. You'll only be reported to Directors or the CEO if you refuse to resolve it and the other party wishes to escalate — this is rare.

Can I mute my TS sounds while playing as a Medic? 

You may mute TS temporarily during RP situations, but avoid keeping it muted for long periods — this may raise concerns about your activity.

Can I report crimes as a Medic?

You can report crimes that directly involve you, you should not report crimes that you see or are not involved in. We are a neutral faction and don't get involved in matters that do not concern us.

How long does it take to be promoted?

Promotions are based upon a number of different factors:

    • How many feedback's you're getting and giving to others.

    • Your reputation within the faction.

    • How you've solved any previous issues, such as accidentally combat reviving.

    • Your contribution to the faction, for example joining a special department.

I'm really busy IRL and can't play for a while, what should I do?

If you're unable to play at least once in a two week period, we ask that you submit a LOA, so that we know you're still interested in playing
