Valuing Life
1.0 – Always value your life. This is the most important rule and may override others in certain situations (exception: rule 3.3).
1.1 – Value the life of all civilians, rebels, and police equally. The NHS is a neutral faction.
Weapons & Neutrality
1.2 – Carrying weapons is prohibited unless forced. Be prepared to provide a recording if requested by NHS staff.
1.3 – Always remain neutral. Do not align yourself with police or rebels under any circumstances. You may cooperate with HATO. The only exception is dealing with police if you are personally involved in a crime.
1.4 – Never commit or assist in crimes (including road offences). If caught, you must pay any fines. Exception: You may steal your robber's vehicle (see rule 6.4).
1.4.1 – Do not transport police or rebels to potential crime scenes.
1.4.2 – Do not report witnessed crimes unless you or another medic was directly involved.
Roleplay & Professionalism
1.5 – Respect the chain of command at all times.
1.6 – Always roleplay to the best of your ability. Refusal may result in a warning or removal.
1.7 – Remain active while on duty. Brief AFK breaks are fine, but log out if you'll be away for more than 5 minutes.
Off-Duty Conduct
1.8 – While a member of the NHS, you may not rob, kill, or troll medics off-duty. Doing so will result in a blacklist. Clearly abandoned medical vehicles may be taken.
Medical Procedures
1.9 – Only administer blood or epinephrine when necessary (e.g., during combat or unsafe conditions). Always call it out.
1.10 – Only assign yourself to one situation at a time via the routing system.
1.11 – You cannot be taken hostage or forced into actions by your own gang members. This includes recently leaving or being kicked from a gang near an active situation. Severe punishment will apply.
