Services include group fitness programs; customized health and performance assessments; physical therapy; performance training; comprehensive health and nutrition education; counseling and planning; and personalized physical fitness; life and fitness roadmap; and comprehensive nutrition and health education. House of Athlete

Weight Watchers Reimagined 

Eligibility: Former Player with 2+ Credited Seasons and activated Trust benefits, and a spouse or domestic partner.

Services: A Weight Watchers Membership to help former players (spouse/domestic partner also eligible) reach their wellness goals to lose weight, eat healthier, and/or develop a more positive mindset. Membership includes access to dedicated wellness coaching and exclusive coach-led former player forum (and separate forum for spouses/domestic partners).

YMCA

Eligibility: Active and Former NFL Players, and all Household Members.

Contact: For former players with 2+ Credited Seasons, enroll through The Trust at (866) 725-0063. For former players with less than 2 Credited Seasons, enroll through NFLPA Former Players Services Department at (800) 372-2000.

Services: Free annual (renewable) individual or family membership at any participating YMCA of the USA location (with the exception of a few specific metropolitan locations). The following services are available: consultation with trained staff, personalized fitness options, access to full service facilities with access to water fitness and swimming, cardio and weight equipment, basketball and volleyball courts, group fitness classes, and more.
