Qualification:  Former NFL Player with 1+ Credited Seasons -or- 2+ Practice Squad Seasons

Services: Financial assistance aimed at supporting 3 months of sober living with a cap of $3,600. Player must be engaged in treatment during sober living. Additional requirements may apply.
