Qualification: Any current/former NFL player and anyone living in their household.

Services: Provides assistance to those who are struggling to meet basic needs. Assesses the bio-psycho-social-medical needs and identifies and identifies community resources such as transportation, rent, food, clothing, and routine medical equipment.
