Q1. I purchased the watch face but it didn't appear on my watch.

Watch faces do not automatically appear on your smartwatch after purchase, you have to manually select them using one of the two methods: 

Q2. If you have done the steps in  Q1 but your new watch face is not listed among the watchfaces by your watch or your mobile phone app:

This means your watch hasn't downloaded the new watchface yet. Please note that it takes about 5 minutes for Google to synchronize your purchase in all of your devices. After this is done, your watch should recognize the purchase and initiate the download. If not:

Please search for the watch face on Google Play again and click on refund on its main page. We'll refund your money as soon as possible.
