POSTERS AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Instructions

General advices

In the registration form you have to select the option poster or oral communication, understanding that the majority of free contributions will be presented as posters and that the oral communications will be selected by the organizers of the conference according to the scientific program.

Six oral communications will be choosen for the young investigators symposium (see the criteria below).

Other eight oral communications will be choosen among those related to the theme of the following symposia (two per each syposium):

GLUCOCORTICOIDS IN HEALTH AND DISEASE


NEUROSTEROIDS IN ANALGESIA AND ANESTHESIA

BIOLOGICAL INTERACTIONS BETWEEN STEROIDS AND THE ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM: POTENTIAL ROLE IN HEALTH AND DISEASE


POSTERS

Posters will be displayed only in pdf format in a special virtual gallery (that was used also for the meeting of 2021). In this format, posters will be available to people attending to the meeting.

The posters will be displayed in a separate web site, whose address will be sent to the registered participants of the meeting.

The poster presenters' will be divided in 2 groups for discussing the posters February 20 and 22. They will receive a personal invitation to upload the poster and a short abstract.

The posters, in pdf format, should be arranged for a Wide Screen (16:9 Ratio) presentation. A number of free poster templates are available at this website (https://www.posterpresentations.com/free-poster-templates.html).

Together with the file, the presenter should provide an address to a personal webroom (please in order to avoid problems use only zoom for the personal webroom): the personal webroom will be available to connect the people attending to the meeting with the presenter. In addition, the presenter should provide an email address (to have contact via email).

The pdf of posters should be prepared for February 5, 2022. Detailed instructions will be sent to the presenters before this time.


ORAL PRESENTATIONS (Young Investigators)

Each oral presentation will be of 7 minutes plus additional 3 minutes for questions and answers.

These presentations will be selected among those whose presenters are master students, PhD students or Postdoct with no more than 5 years after the PhD degree.


FREE COMMUNICATIONS

Each oral presentation will be of 10 minutes plus additional 5 minutes for questions and answers
