  • The Golden Reboot Rule/Reboot-specific rulings

    • Unless specifically overruled, Data & Destiny-era FFG rulings/errata are supported (For example, Astroscript Pilot Program is not Limit 1 Per deck, Power Shutdown can trash any number of cards, etc.)

    • While Always Be Running is installed, the first click each turn may also be spent on the Paid Abilities of installed Cards that instruct the Runner to make a run, e.g. Sneakdoor Beta, Keyhole, Stim Graft, etc. The ruling that this cannot be done was necessary to deal with ambiguous cases involving cards that do not exist in Reboot (e.g. Deuces Wild). Since "click: make a run" effects appear to nearly all players who read them to satisfy ABR's requirement of making a run with your first click, we've decided to allow this.

  • Booster Pack Mechanic: Flip Cards

    • A card with two faces always enters play as the front face. Whenever it is not in play, it is considered to be the front face. When a game effect instructs you to flip it, it is transformed into the card on its other face, and loses all abilities and attributes on its other face.

    • For paper play, flip cards can be handled by using opaque sleeves, and when flipping them, removing them from their sleeve, turning them over and reinserting them. (Alternatively, substitute cards can be used.) If a player ever finds a flipped card in their hand, deck or discard pile (indicated by a black title box), they know that a mistake has taken place, and can correct it by flipping the card over.

    • Affects: Caterpillar/Monarch, Foxtrot/Blockade, Molotov/Blaze, Futureproofing/Epiph4ny, Hype/Hope, On the Trail/Moment of Truth, Patent Acquisition/Injuction, Project Genesis/Acheron/Cocytus/Phlegethon, Subsidized Processor/Borrowed Storage, Talent Scout/Red Carpet, Vulcan 1.0/Mind Maze

  • Booster Pack Mechanic: Created Cards

    • Some cards instruct the player to create copies of another card from outside of the game.

    • For paper play, created cards can be handled by sleeving the created copies in a differently colored sleeve (or not sleeving them at all) from the Runner's deck to avoid them being confused with non-created cards.

    • Whenever created cards would be moved to the heap or the stack they are instead removed from the game.

    • Created cards can be hosted on Bookmark or installed facedown with Apex without removing themselves from the game. However, if the cards is later trashed, e.g. by Bookmark leaving play or use of Chop Bot 3000, the card will be moved to heap and therefore removed from the game.

    • Affects: Stolen Contacts, Smashing Spree, Fuzzing, Mako Shuusei: Black Sheep

  • Booster Pack Mechanic: 2-Faction (collaboration) - Agendas

    • Agendas with two faction symbols in the bottom-left and bottom-right corner are considered to belong to both factions, and may be included in decks using identities from either of those factions.

    • Affects: Power Grid Reroute, Psychomagnetic Pulse, Adaptive Netbranes, Project Oskoreia, Oddly Specific Horoscope, Flood the Zone
