Mind and Mayhem is the 2nd Booster Pack for the Netrunner Reboot Project. It was released in July 2023. 

This pack features a slightly different faction distribution than Reflections, more similar to the FFG boxes that focused on 2 factions. The pack includes 8 cards from each of HB and Anarch, and 2 cards for each other faction. This distribution allows us to push some more cohesive themes and synergistic designs, and we plan to use it for all packs going forward.

Mind and Mayhem elaborates on anarch's theme of central server card trashing, and HB's brain damage theme.
