Highlights:

Greatly reduced ice costs: A lot of the game's early Jinteki ice was clearly intended to be core to the faction's identity, but it was almost universally over-costed. These cost-reductions make Jinteki less reliant on out-of-faction ice or low-ice builds.

Improved Economy Options: Small changes of 1-2 credits on several cards add up to many more options for Jinteki decks beyond just Celebrity Gift and Sundew.

Nerfs to the most game-warping cards: Caprice Nisei's and Mushin No Shin's costs have been adjusted to compensate for the faction's improved economic situation. The Future Perfect is now only a supplement to your deck's defenses, while still playing an important role in rounding out most decks' agenda suites. All of these cards remain powerful, since they benefit from all of the faction's buffed cards.
