Highlights:

Powerhouses brought in line: The elimination of the Astro-train is probably the defining change of this project. The faction still retains access to 6 3/2s with solid abilities despite losing its most potent win-condition. Jackson Howard can still serve his many roles, but without the added power of forcing the runner to trash one for a solid 3 credits only to shuffle it back in with the next Jackson.

New ways to tag: Midseason Replacements has been pulled back a bit so that now if you want to stick multiple tags on the runner, you will need either a massive credit-lead or more than 1 card. This nerf allows us to give substantial buffs to tagging methods that were previously unused due to the credit and deck-slot efficiency of Midseasons.

New ways to pressure: NBN has shifted from a fast-advance faction to a never-advance faction. A substantial buff to Red Herrings (alongside a nerf to Sansan City Grid), as well as the new use of the Astro counter, makes scoring 4/2s in remotes a much more viable proposition.
