The period of consultation on the S38 Application for the Fence Line up near Owd Betts, Edenfield Road is now over.
We have been asked by the Off-Road Mitigation Measures Zoom Project to respond to the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the project, given we are the Applicants for the S38 Application. All responses are being made in consultation with Rooley Moor Neighbourhood Forum and other participants of the Off Road Mitigation Measures Project. All comments received and the responses made are detailed below.
