AGM Minutes

In line with our constitution we hold yearly AGM meetings where 

• the officers of the organisation are appointed for the following year,

• Members are informed of the activities that have occurred over the past year,

• a Balance sheet of the organisations finances from the last year is presented and any questions from members answered,

• Members are given the opportunity to explain what they would like the organisation to do going forward into the next year and raise any concerns they have.
