The NTC Early Admissions Exercise (NTC EAE) is an aptitude-based admissions exercise that allows students to apply for and receive conditional offers for admission to NTC prior to receiving their final examination grades in their previous school. It allows the College to have greater flexibility to select and admit students based on their aptitudes and interests, apart from academic grades, thus allowing a wider range of talents to be recognised.
If you are passionate with a strong aptitude related to an NTC Certificate or Higher NTC Certificate course and are interested to pursue your studies in NTC, then the NTC EAE is the ideal choice for you.
NTC EAE is open to graduating secondary school GCE level students, final-year Nitec, Higher Nitec and NTC Certificate students. Working adults (Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only) who have at least two or more years of relevant work experience may also participate in EAE and apply.

If you pass the selection interview, you must ensure that your secondary school academic grades and results meet the minimum entry requirements of the course for your place to be confirmed. For most courses, NTC will conduct EAE selections this year largely via electronic means such as online interviews, or portfolio submissions over e-mail.
If your application is successful, you will receive a conditional offer in August 2022 for admission to one of your course choices under the 2023 intake. After you have accepted the conditional offer, your place in the course will be confirmed if your GCE N/O-Level examination results meet the Minimum Entry Requirements (MERs) of the course.
