If you are a candidate from MOE’s school who had sat for the 2022 Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘N’ examinations:
You will receive a Form N from your school on the day of release of GCE 'N' results. The Form N will list the courses that you are eligible to apply for based on your GCE 'N' results.
Once you have decided on the courses that you would like to apply for, you can submit your application over the web at www.ntc.edu.sg between 19 Dec 2022 (2.30pm) and 22 Dec 2022 (5pm).
Resources (web access) are also available at NTC throughout the application phase during operating hours (Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 6pm). Please refer to www.ntc.edu.sg for any changes.
If you are a Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident with valid GCE 'N'/'O' level results before year 2022:
You can submit your application over the web at www.ntc.edu.sg between 19 Dec 2022 (2.30pm) and 22 Dec 2022 (5pm).

If you are an International Student who had sat for the Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'N'/'O' level examinations as a candidate from MOE's school before year 2022:
Please submit your application together with supporting documents at the Customer & Visitor Centre @ NTC between 19 Dec 2022 (2.30pm) and 22 Dec 2022 (5pm) during operating hours (Mon to Fri from 8.30am to 6pm). Please refer to www.ntc.edu.sg for any changes. You will be notified of the outcome by end-January 2023.
While all eligible applications will be given due consideration, meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee a place in the course as admission is also subject to available vacancies in open competition.
You will receive an Enrolment Confirmation Letter if you register at our Customer & Visitor Centre. Please proceed to attend the course unless informed otherwise. We will inform you at least one week before course commencement if there is any change.
For applications submitted by post or Internet, you will be informed of the outcome by phone/post/email at least one week before the commencement of class. If you do not receive any notification by then, please contact us at Tel : 1800-2222111 or cet@ntc.edu.sg
NTC Certificate graduates who meet the entry requirement for progression to Higher NTC Certificate courses can apply via Internet at www.ntc.edu.sg during the application period between Thu 12 Jan 2023 (3pm) and Tue 17 Jan 2023 (4pm). Those who do not meet the progression criteria could submit their appeal online between Mon 13 Mar 2023 (9am) and Mon 10 Apr 2023.

- Click on the 'Apply Now' icon for 'NTC Certificate Progression to Higher NTC Certificate (NCPHN)' under 'Full-Time Higher NTC Certificate Courses (April 2023 Intake)'
- Log on using your NRIC/FIN and Date of Birth (you may also apply using your SingPass)
- Click on the button 'I WANT TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION'

The subjects offered in the GE Programme follow the syllabus set by the Ministry of Education. Courses are academic in nature and prepare participants for the GCE level examinations. You may wish to consider taking short courses such as the 'Beginner's English' and 'Conversational English at the Workplace'. These courses, which are designed to help learners improve communication skills in spoken and written English, are typically conducted over 8-10 weeks. Lessons are held weekly at NTC. Posted applicants who wish to appeal for course transfer are advised to accept the course offer online first at https://istudent.ntc.edu.sg from 9am on Monday 14 March 2022 to 11.59pm on Thursday 17 March 2022, before proceeding to submit your appeal for course transfer online thereafter at www.ntc.edu.sg based on the following schedule:

- Click on the 'Apply Now' icon for 'Diploma Progression to Higher Diploma Intake (DPHD)' under 'Full-Time Higher Diploma Courses (April 2022 Intake)'
- Log on using your NRIC/FIN, Date of Birth and fill in your particulars accordingly (you may also apply using your Singpass)
- Click on the 'Next' button
- Do not leave any blanks, or your application will be unable to process.
- Do not click on the browser's 'back' and 'forward' buttons, doing so will cause a disruption in the operation of the application system.
To check your appeal result, log in to https://istudent.ntc.edu.sg with your NRIC/FIN and Password.

While all eligible applicants or appellants who are appealing for course transfer will be given due consideration, meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee a place in the course as admission is also subject to the available vacancies in an open competition among all other applicants or appellants in the waiting list. For appellants who have accepted the posted course but are not successful in their course transfer, they will then remain in the course that they have initially accepted.
If you are offered a course and would like to accept the course offer, you are required to verify / provide your personal particulars and declaration before you can accept the course offer. Please get ready the information as given in the table below before you proceed to accept the course offer. You may save the information entered by clicking the 'Save As Draft' button at any time, exit the panel and resume later. If you do not provide the necessary information and complete the course acceptance process within the course acceptance period, you will be deemed to have forfeited the offer of a training place in the course.

Following the completion and submission of course acceptance online, successful applicants can proceed to apply for bursary or financial assistance (if eligible), upload their passport size colour photo for the application of NTC Student Concession Card online, and thereafter submit PSEA Standing Order form online (only for Singaporean Citizens who are using their own PSEA account to make fee payment for NTC full-time courses).
New applicants must apply in person at NTC's Customer & Visitor Centre on campus during the registration period.
