To appeal for admission into courses, follow the steps below.
- Go to www.ntc.edu.sg
- Click on the 'Apply for NTC Courses' link
- Click on the 'Apply Now' icon for 'Diploma Progression to Higher Diploma (DPHD)' under 'Full-Time Higher Diploma Courses (April 2022 Intake)'
- Log on using your NRIC/FIN, Date of Birth and fill in all of your particulars (you may also apply using your Singpass account)
- Click on the 'Next' button to begin with filling up your particulars.
- Do NOT leave any blanks, or else your application will be unable to process.
- Do NOT click on your browser's 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons, as doing so will cause a disruption in the operations of the application system.
To check your appeal result, login to https://istudent.ntc.edu.sg/ with your NRIC/FIN and Password. Thereafter, upon successful access into your account, click on 'Self Service', 'Student Admissions' and then 'Check Application Results' to view your application status.
Internet access is available at the Customer & Visitor Centre of the college campus from 8.30am to 6.00pm from Monday to Friday. Please refer to www.ntc.edu.sg for any changes. If you need help with your appeal, you can call or email to the Customer & Visitor Centre of the college campus for assistance within the appeal period.
While all eligible applicants/students who are appealing for course transfer and unsuccessful appellants appealing for admission to the courses will be given due consideration, meeting the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee a place in the course as admission is also subject to the available vacancies in an open competition with all other applicants or appellants among the appeal cohort on the waiting list for the course.
Posted applicants who wish to appeal for course transfer are advised to accept the course offer online first at https://istudent.ntc.edu.sg from 9am on Monday 14 March 2022 to 11.59pm on Thursday 17 March 2022, before proceeding to submit your appeal for course transfer online thereafter at www.ntc.edu.sg based on the following schedule:
