Payment procedure for Indian Citizens holding a valid copy of Aadhar Card

  • Once the payment is done get back to us through any written mode of communication. Following details of all participants to be incorporated in an written format
  • Payment differs for foreign and Anglo Indian citizens. An Indian citizen must possess a valid copy of Aadhar card. In case you are making a payment for someone else please confirm their nationality and kindly revert back to us. If one fails to do so we can terminate the participation of the participant for the event right on the spot.
  1. Name of all participants
  2. Emergency contact numbers and address.
  3. Mobile Number (Whatsapp preferable)
  4. Blood group
  5. Complete address
  6. Name and Date of the Event
  7. Once you are added to the Whatsapp group of the particular event confirms your registration, you are requested to inform us if you are not on Whatsapp or in case we did not add you the group.
  • Cash Payments can be deposited in the nearest HDFC Branch to our given account. While depositing cash please tell your Name at the Cash Counter.
  • Cheque payments under our HDFC bank account (Branch or ATM drop box), can be done from anywhere in India. Cheque Payment to be done atleast 3 days prior to the date of event. Please write A/C No & Branch on the reverse of the cheque.
  • Account (Online) Transfer (NEFT / IMPS): Payments can transferred online via NEFT/IMPS to our given Bank Account. E-Transfer is allowed before 3 days of the event.
  • Direct payment does not automatically ensure entry to the event. Before transferring the amount, you are requested to confirm with our team for checking the availability of seats or the status of event
  • By registering or joining any of the program organized by Namaste Wanderer. we assume that you have read , understood & agreed to the Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Consents and Privacy Policy.

Payment Mode

All payments made to us in favor of rendering our services are appreciated based on any of the following modes and respective conditions.

Cash Payment :

  • To save your valuable time, to avoid any delays and discrepancies and to ensure your tour bookings, cash is the most advisable mode of payment.

Cheque Payment :

  • Payments can be made using cheque in favor of "Namaste Wanderer".
  • We accept cheques with clearance in Mumbai only.
  • Out-station cheques are declined.
  • All bookings will be confirmed only on realization of cheque payments and the availability of bookings then. This may take at least 7 working days.
  • The respective booking vouchers can also be accessed and printed by you through our website by using a personal login (Username and Password) provided by us.

Payment using Demand Draft :

  • Payments using Demand Draft should essentially be payable at 'Kalyan' and drawn in favor of "Namaste Wanderer Tourism".
  • All bookings will be confirmed only on realization of Demand Draft and the availability of bookings then. This may take at least 4 working days.
  • The respective booking vouchers can also be accessed and printed by you through our website by using a personal login (Username and Password) provided by us.

Electronic clearing :

  • You can transfer the payments directly to our HDFC Bank or State Bank of India Bank Accounts.
  • If you opt for this mode of payment, You will be given the respective bank account number on receipt of your documented confirmation of the bookings (You can confirm it through Email, SMS or by sending us a confirmation letter)

Please Note:

  • Payment does not automatically ensure entry to the event. Before transferring the amount, kindly confirm with Namaste Wanderer for the availability of seats.
  • If amount is transferred without consulting, the registration will not be considered. The amount will be refunded by NEFT/cheque at office after 10 days from the date of Event.
  • Registration will not be considered Valid till we receive the email giving all the details mentioned above. After receiving your mail we will send you the confirmation of your Participation for the event by Email which concludes the registration process.
  • Please ensure to inform the Namaste Wanderer team if are accompanied by children below 10 years of age. In that case, Namaste Wanderer will charge 50% of the total event amount for treks and 75% in case of tours.
