Instructions
Each workshop will be held in two batches
5-15 years (Junior Group) &
16 years- no closing age bar (Senior Group)
The program will be held in a composite mode, i.e., offline with physical classes and online mode through separate registrations.
The offline classes will be held as seven days continuous program with last day (Sunday) as interactive session with mentors, parents, certificate distribution.
The online classes will be held as a 3 days module on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All the registrations will be done in online mode only.
Registration fee for offline workshops: Rs. 1000/-. Payments should be made only after you receive a confirmation email from NGMA Delhi (events.ngma@gmail.com).
There will be no fee for online workshops.
No fee will be charged for BPL categories on production of valid Govt. proof and other categories with special needs.

11:00 am – 12:30 noon (Two batches- Junior and Senior)
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm (Two batches- Junior and Senior)
The festival will be a combination of visual art, theatre, performance and an engagement with people with special needs.
The pick and drop of all the participants for offline workshops will be the responsibility of parents/ guardians. NGMA will not be responsible for this.
Participants interested for more than one workshop may fill separate forms simultaneously.

Naimisha Summer Art Festival 2022

All participants are requested to bring their own material such as colours, brushes, palette, pencils etc.
All participants are requested to return the materials provided by NGMA every day after the class.
Parents are kindly requested to brief the children beforehand about the precautions to be undertaken while working with tools etc for the sessions. The NGMA has basic first – aid box to treat minor cuts. In case the parents feel, the children may carry their own first aid kit also. The NGMA workshop teachers, team and volunteers will be guiding the children throughout, but if any injuries occur, the NGMA will not be held responsible for the same.
This is a highly specialized area that the children are being introduced to, through this workshop. Professional teachers will mentor the participants
We wish to highlight that these are introductory workshops for seven days and not an academic training.
The timings for the workshop is 11:00 am to 12.30 noon and 3:00 pm- 4:30 pm every Monday to Sunday.
Certificates will be awarded by NGMA to all the participants of the workshop.
Pick and drop of the participants is the responsibility of parents or guardians. The NGMA will not be held responsible for this.
The parents and participants are advised to abide by the decision of the NGMA in all matters related to the workshop.
Entry for all participants will be through Gate no-3 only.

(for Online Workshop)

LOG IN with your real name. Any other ID, like mobile number or mobile brand name will not be recognized.
After login, MUTE audio unless you are presenting, talking on subject or instructed by Teacher/Moderator.
After login always Keep VIDEO on. Turning Video off within session for more than five minutes will render the participant SUSPENDED for the day, and participant will not be allowed to join that workshop any more.
Be there physically behind your System/Mobile Handset Camera. Any other Background Image on respective Video Conferencing Window will not be allowed.
Use CHATBOX to communicate or to ask a Question rather than everyone talking simultaneously leading to disruption of Audio System.
Raise Your Hand to ask or answer a question, you’ll be entertained.
At least 2 days out of 3 days attendance is mandatory.
After closer of a session, SUBMIT your work/works through the designated link "UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK HERE" available on the main page of - Naimisha-2022.
Your uploaded works of art MUST have a relevant title.
