Lee Jones - Guitar and Electric Bass

Lee Jones is a guitarist/teacher and composer from the UK, combining influences from modern jazz, rock, pop, fusion and blues styles. Lee has an extensive performance and teaching background in guitar, having recently worked/recorded/studied alongside Larry Coryell, Martin Taylor and Mike Stern. Since graduating from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire jazz course, he has written and recorded seven solo albums. Lee completed his PhD in music composition at the University of Salford, Manchester in 2019. Lee has been based in Australia since 2022 where he performs regularly and has previously been teaching guitar at Strathmore Secondary College.
