This week I want to talk to you about drinking enough water. It might seem silly, but a large percentage of students are chronically dehydrated. Adolescents should be drinking 2-3 quarts of water a day (3 quarts is 96 ounces), but one study linked below found that many students don't drink any water at all throughout the day. This can have negative impacts on your energy levels, mood, even ability to learn. Read below to find out more and take the daily water drinking challenge!
