After attending the Council meeting, I had to learn how to carry out and plan my petition. So, for Action 2, I decided to interview a relative of my friend, Hitesh Sharma. In 2021, he was a junior who took action against a new campus policy on hall passes. He started a petition (and GoFundMe) to argue that the sudden hallway lockdowns would hurt student voices. 

Mr. Sharma provided his insight on my project and helped me navigate through the process. He explained topics from what can help me actually make the change, to what is required of me to pull through with the Petition.
