Growing up, I often heard people say that therapy wasn’t working for them, which sparked my interest in finding alternatives. My love for music led me to explore music therapy, a treatment that uses music to improve emotional, mental, and physical well-being. This inspired me to focus my project on encouraging schools to offer more access to music therapy for students who find other forms of treatment unhelpful.
