防災本部

 向原町会の防災本部は、下記抜粋のように、大規模な災害が発生した時に被害を最小限にとどめるため、平常時は防災知識の普及など、災害発生時には地域住民の共助による避難活動や避難所の管理・運営などを行います。

「板橋区 防災のすゝめ 地域の助け合い編（地震版）板橋区住民防災組織活動の手引き」から抜粋

「住民防災組織とは、災害時における被害を軽減するため、その被害に直面する地域住民が、「自分たちの命と生活を守る」という連帯感をもって防災活動に取り組む組織です。板橋区では、町会連合会の協力を得て昭和 50 年 5 月に住民防災組織を発足し、平成 30年 4 月現在では 207 団体が組織されています。住民防災組織が組織的かつ効率的に行動することによって、いざ大規模な災害が発生した時に被害を最小限にとどめることができます。そのためには、平常時から住民に対する防災知識の普及・啓発、地域内の危険箇所の把握、各種防災資器材の取扱方法の熟知など、訓練や講習会等を通して、災害に対する備えを万全にしておくことが必要です。そして、実際に災害が発生した時は、地域住民の共助による避難活動、被災者の救出・救助、初期消火活動、情報の収集・伝達、避難所の管理・運営を行うなど、その役割は非常に重要であると言えます。」

"A resident disaster prevention organization is an organization in which local residents who face damage in the event of a disaster engage in disaster prevention activities with a sense of solidarity to "protect their lives and livelihoods" in order to reduce damage in the event of a disaster. In Itabashi Ward, a resident disaster prevention organization was established in May 1975 with the cooperation of the Neighborhood Association Federation, and as of April 2018, 207 organizations have been organized. By acting in an organized and efficient manner, resident disaster prevention organizations can minimize damage when a large-scale disaster occurs. To achieve this, it is necessary to be fully prepared for disasters through drills and seminars during normal times, such as spreading and raising awareness of disaster prevention among residents, identifying dangerous areas in the area, and familiarizing residents with how to handle various disaster prevention equipment. 2023年2月27日 投光器等備品購入

 LED投光器(500W)と三脚を購入、防災倉庫（東地区向原児童遊園、西地区向原公園）に設置いたしました。写真のように以前購入した充電池(500Whr)にて投光器を点灯することができます。

February 27, 2023 Purchase of floodlights and other equipment

We purchased an LED floodlight (500W) and a tripod and installed them in the disaster prevention warehouse (Mukaihara Children's Park in the East District and Mukaihara Park in the West District). As shown in the photo, the floodlight can be turned on with the rechargeable battery (500Whr) that we purchased previously.

2022年11月27日 防災訓練実施

 板橋消防署小茂根出張所にご協力いただき、消防団による「初期消火訓練」、「AED救命」及び「応急救護」などを実施いたしました。今回は、特に三角巾などが手近にない状況での身近な新聞紙、バンダナやネクタイ、長袖ワイシャツなどでの応急処置方法を確認しました。そのほかにガスボンベ発電機、太陽光充電池などを展示いたしました。

 訓練終了にあたり、板橋消防署小茂根出張所所長よりお言葉をいただき、解散後に防災グッズ等を皆さまに配布いたしました。当日は約95名の方々にご参加いただき、お礼申し上げます。

Disaster prevention training held on November 27, 2022

With the cooperation of the Komone Branch of the Itabashi Fire Department, the fire brigade conducted "initial fire extinguishing training," "AED lifesaving," and "first aid." This time, we reviewed first aid methods using familiar items such as newspapers, bandanas, ties, and long-sleeved shirts, especially in situations where a triangular bandage is not available. In addition, we exhibited gas cylinder generators and solar rechargeable batteries.

At the end of the training, we received words from the head of the Komone Branch of the Itabashi Fire Department, and after the training, disaster prevention goods were distributed to everyone. We would like to thank the approximately 95 people who participated on the day.

2022年6月12日 防災訓練実施

 冒頭、町会長より「昨年度はコロナ禍で訓練ができず、区の助成金にて（スマホ等の電源確保策として）太陽光発充電器セットを購入」した旨などの話がありました。その後、板橋消防署小茂根出張所にご協力いただき、消防団による「初期消火訓練」、「AED救命」及び「太陽光発充電器とカセットボンベ発電機の紹介」などを実施いたしました。

 訓練終了にあたり、板橋消防署小茂根出張所所長よりお言葉をいただき、解散後に防災グッズ等を皆さまに配布いたしました。当日は約120名の方々にご参加いただき、お礼申し上げます。

At the beginning, the town council president said, "We were unable to hold training last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we purchased a solar powered charger set (to secure power for smartphones, etc.) with a subsidy from the ward." After that, with the cooperation of the Komone Branch of the Itabashi Fire Department, the fire brigade conducted "initial fire extinguishing training," "AED lifesaving," and "introduction to solar powered chargers and gas cartridge generators."

At the end of the training, the head of the Komone Branch of the Itabashi Fire Department gave a speech, and after the training was over, disaster prevention goods were distributed to everyone. We would like to thank the approximately 120 people who participated on the day.
