Digital Rights and Responsibility "are those requirements and freedoms extended to everyone in a digital world." The use of the internet is a privilege and a freedom we have. We must be responsible with the rights and freedoms because there are real dangers online as well as in real life. Students should learn that it is important to protect themselves and others when participating in the use of technology. They should know to inform adults about problems and educators must students understand they need the skills of protecting others online and in the real world.
Example of Digital Rights and Responsibilities: Having the right to use Tik Tok. If you choose to post inappropriate content or bully others, than Tik Tok has the right to delete your posts or your account.
