News Gathering
The primary way we gather news at The Charger is through interviews. I teach our new staff writers at the beginning of each year how to interview and what proper interview etiquette is. All interviews are recorded by a member of our staff to ensure there are no errors when we quote our interviewees. I have held interviews at the University of Mississippi, Crumbl Cookies, Oxford Sip, over Zoom, and over email.

My work for The Charger often requires me to leave my high school campus during and/or work outside of school. This map shows all of the places that we distribute our paper edition every month. It is also posted on our newspaper's instagram account frequently so that our readers know where to find it.
