Marking criteria:
Every photo must be different
Photos convincingly manipulate scale and perspective to create visual illusions (Subjects are well-positioned to achieve the intended effect without relying on digital editing)
Student shows imaginative and playful use of the technique, experimenting with unique subject matter, locations, or concepts. (Photos go beyond the typical "holding the Eiffel Tower" effect and show creative thinking)
Images are well-composed, with attention to framing, balance, and background (Use of depth, leading lines, and negative space supports the illusion)
Photos are in focus, appropriately exposed, and demonstrate control over camera settings (e.g., aperture, shutter speed, ISO if applicable). (Effort is made to avoid distracting elements or clutter that take away from the illusion.)
Student demonstrates a range of ideas and settings; not just the same trick repeated 10 times. (Locations, objects, and subjects vary, showing thoughtful planning and experimentation. Make the photos exciting!)
