Making Landscapes Pop!

Step 1: Watch the video below

Step 2: Upload a photo you have already taken that is a good fit for this assignment or go take one of the mountains outside. 

Step 3: Work on making the mountains, sky, middle and foreground pop with more vibrant colours!

• Perform/use the following adjustments/tools:

  • • HISTORGRAM - change Adobe colour to Adobe Landscape

    • Perform initial adjustment on: exposure, highlights, shadows, blacks, texture, clarity and vibrance

    • Create a COLOUR RANGE MASK for the skyline, middle ground and foreground of the photo and make adjustments

    • Complete remaining adjustments in the following tabs: HSL, Colour Gradient, Collaboration, Details

Step 4: Create a subpage in the ADOBE page titled: "Landscapes"

Step 5: Upload the original photo and the Lightroom edited photo to your website

Step 6: Answer the Self Reflection questions located below and post your answers to your website

• Use Lightroom specific and photography vocabulary in your answers!
