Jar 1 - veggies in a clump, appears to be less mass than a week ago, about 1/4 inch of moisture at the bottom of the jar, veggies appear soggy and wilted, banana peel is mostly brown, rest of veggies appear cooked.
Jar 2 - water level only minimally decreased, water is cloudy, veggies appear soggy and overcooked, sprouts are light brown in color, banana peel looks water logged and is still mostly yellow.
Jar 3 - cannot see produce, dirt appears more moist and clumpy.
Jar 4 - produce appears shriveled, banana peel is mostly brown, rest shows minimal changes.
Jar 5 - produce appears water logged, water level shows decrease comparable to outside jar, water is cloudy, produce shows minimal color change.
Jar 6 - difficult to see through dirt, dirt appears dry, when shaken produce visible still looks like day 1.

Jar 1 - Mass appears smaller, fair amount of liquid in the bottom of the jar, all produce looks wet and water logged.
Jar 2 - Water has slime floating in it, very cloudy, only outside peel of zucchini remains, banana peel is see through in places.
Jar 3 - Moisture in jar made the dirt stick to the sides of the jar in a manner where the contents cannot be seen.
Jar 4 - moisture starting to build up on the bottom of the jar, jar top is pressed up with pressure, zucchini is mush.
Jar 5 - produce is water logged and brown but still solid, some pressure built up under the lid of the jar.
Jar 6 - dirt is stuck to produce, no other visible changes.

Jar 1: Less moisture in bottom of jar than previous weeks, only outside of zucchini remains, banana peel still has some yellow but is mostly brown, broccoli tips are brown stem turning white, bell pepper skin shriveled but still very red and solid.
Jar 2: slime in water has settled in bottom of the jar, zucchini is mostly skin and has lost solid mass between seeds and skin, some seeds visible in water, broccoli is yellowish and solid, sprouts lighter rotten looking green color, banana peel outside very yellow but the inside of the peel is brown, banana peel has holes that go all the way through the peel, bell pepper water logged but solid and red.
Jar 3: only jar warm to the touch, dirt stuck to inside of the jar and produce, visible produce shows no change.
Jar 4: some moisture in bottom of the jar, zucchini ball of mush on the bottom of the jar, banana peel still yellow spotted brown, bell pepper shows no changes, broccoli and sprouts sickly yellowish green color, lid is pushed up with pressure, cannot push down at all this week, when trying to push the lid down nasty rotting smell escapes jar.
Jar 5: slime settled to bottom of the liquid, banana peel mostly yellow with brown spots on outside and all brown on inside, broccoli and sprouts sickly yellowish green color, seed center gone from zucchini, fleshy part of zucchini looks slimy and peels is coming off in places, bell pepper looks intact but water logged with no color changes.
Jar 6: dirt starting to appear moist, stuck to produce but not the jar, produce shows no sign of changes.
