I post the lunch menus for every month on the website! 

I post monthly newsletters that include all the events that are happening at the school that month! I also put important dates for our class in the newsletters. The school website is also a great resource : shermanoaks.com 

The class rules are stated in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Yes! Tutoring is available Tuesday's and Thursday's from 3:30-4:30. 

You are welcome to bring the class or even your child treats! On your child's birthday, you are welcome to bring cupcakes for the entire class! Please refrain from brining anything with nuts or that has been in contact with nuts! Our classroom is a nut free zone! 

The student is allowed is 10 absences per semester. That means 5 in the fall and 5 in the spring. 

There will be newsletters posted monthly to this website and I will provide information about parent involvement opportunities! Make sure to stay up to date with the newsletters, the school website (shermanoaks.com), and community news!

Please contact me by email and we can either set up an in person appointment to discuss or we can discuss by phone. The school will have something set up soon where the parents can access their students grades at any point! Progress reports are sent out every 9 weeks.

At the beginning of the school year, I will send the students home with parent logins for the website Class Dojo. When you log in, you will see how your child is doing behavior-wise and any type of participation points they have received! 

I post lesson plans on the website!

If school is cancelled, I will post assignments on the website. If school is not cancelled, please do not bring the student if the conditions are unsafe in your area! Please contact me if this is the case and I will supply the make up work as soon as possible. 

Announcements are located on the Homepage but any upcoming events in the classroom or at the school will be in the monthly newsletters!
