Digital Access is being able to access technology, online resources, and the internet. This is important for educators to know about because the distribution of technology and online resources is important in the classroom. Teachers need to understand that not everyone has the luxury of having the same technology or resources as the school does. It is important for students to have this access at school and at their homes, so it is important that teachers make this possible. For example, to fix some of the problem, schools could start allowing student's to check out iPads or Chromebooks to take home. Another example is to be less strict on phones. Instead of banning them, teachers can have the students use it during class for certain activities.
