Then finally the Management identified the spot and urged/pressed MPS to clean it up (otherwise we would hold a press conference "exposing" the ineffectiveness of MPS). I am a resident of 26 Jalan MR2/20 M-Residence 2. Today the rubbish collector bypassed most of Jln. MR2/20 and I had to chase one of them 100m or so down the road to call them back to pick up my rubbish. The man said sorry and "ini orang baru ini memang malas".

I find this extremely unacceptable behaviour considering that we only get rubbish picked up every alternate day or so and tomorrow is already Hari Raya, and there will be 2 days of public holiday. Most of my immediate neighbours' rubbish were left as they were.

Please raise this issue with the rubbish collector company as soon as it is convenient for you. I hope there will be positive feedback soon. Thank you and Selamat Hari Raya.

• We talked to the garbage collection people and made clear that this happened and we not tolerate it one more time.
• Also we instructed the security to have one guard follow the garbage car if they come in order to:
• make sure garbage collectors take all the garbage
• make sure garbage collectors will close the door of the garbage now
• On top of this we ensure they will respect the agreed times to collect: after 7am and before 6pm. If they come after 6pm the security will report this to MO and give them (garbage company people) a warning.
