Residents/Tenants with Outstanding Balances Exceeding RM 1,000:
1. Access cards will be barred;
2. Residents/tenants must register and press the button to open the gate;

3. Food deliveries must be picked up at the guardhouse;
4. Visitors must be picked up from the guardhouse.
