As per 1st July 2024 Management advise all Alpine residents to make payment by using CSS HOME.


What is CSS HOME?

This is the E-community app that can be used for:

-Payments

-E-community updates

-Visitor Management

Residents are advised to apply for CSS and register their visitors using this app.

Many Alpine owners already signed up for this app.

How to get CSS HOME?

1. You need to download this app from google or App Store.

2. Then you need to get an ID and pasword from MO (see below)
3. With the ID and pasword you can start enjoy the app.

You can now pay your maintenance fees on your phone.
This means you can see outstanding bills as well any payment you do the receipt will be generated immediately.
