Introduction
For this project, you will create a simple black-and-white poster to sell our yearbook. We will use Adobe InDesign, the industry-standard software for publishing.
What should the poster feature?
- Due date for early pricing: November 1st
- Payment method: vsb.schoolcashonline.com or to Mr Hill (Room B107 before or after school)
- Price: $45 for early purchase / $50 past November 1st
- Image/tagline/general information to draw attention. This is the part where you come up with your own creative design.
Tips
- Make sure the title is simple, clear and easy to read from a distance.
- Think about all the posters you see on a busy street. You want to find a way to make yours stand out from the rest.
- You can draw images by pen and scan them to add to your poster. Later, we will learn how to turn hand-drawn images into digital ones.
