1. How do I participate in the marketing campaigns?
Step 1: Locate the email with the Subject Header: Email Subject: [Fairprice Marketplace] XX (Month) Campaign Commitment.
Step 2: Click onto the Campaign Commitment template document for the month in the attachment.
Step 3: Check the details for each campaign, which will tell you which categories are eligible, the time period of the campaigns, eligibility criteria and signup cutoff date.
Step 4: To participate, please download the campaign commitment template and fill the campaign commitment template with details of the SKUs you wish to propose for the campaign.

% Off (Discount you are proposing for each SKU)
Final Discount Price
Step 5: After the template is completed, fill up the relevant promo template and submit through the Google Form link stated in the campaigns signup Google Sheets.
Step 6: Wait for MP Team to review your submission and once notified of the outcome, you can proceed with the relevant promo creation for the SKUs.
2. What if I want to participate in multiple campaigns? Do I need to submit multiple campaign commitment templates?
If you wish to participate in multiple campaigns you can simply submit 1 campaign commitment template while selecting the campaigns you wish to propose the SKUs and promos for.
However, we strongly recommend that you vary the SKUs and promotions for each campaign to keep things fresh for customers.
3. Is there a limit to the number of SKUs submitted for a campaign?
No, you may submit as many SKUs as you wish.
BUT, do remember to rank your top 40 SKUs accordingly per category in the highlighted cells (Orange), where priorities will be given based on your ranking position.
If you have more than 40 SKUs, fill them up below the highlighted cells (Orange).
4. If my promotion falls below the minimum criteria (e.g. Up to 20% off), can I still participate in the campaign?
Yes you can still participate in the campaign.
BUT, do note that priorities will be given to SKUs with more attractive promotions and Marketplace reserves the rights to select participating SKUs for the campaign at its own discretion.
5. Who to reach out to if you are interested to signup for FairPrice's Digital Media Solutions?
