Important Notice: Compliance with Halal and HCS Certificate Collection

Dear Sellers,

At FairPrice Online, it is imperative to us that we maintain the highest standards of compliance with regards to accurate listing details for our diverse community of customers who rely on the authenticity and integrity of our offerings.

As communicated previously in May 2023 via the online compliance webinar, all listings with Halal and Healthier Choice tags will require mandatory submission of certifications.

Any existing listings found with “Halal” and HCS tags that do not have a valid certificate submission, will have the “Halal” and HCS tags removed*. 

*Please note that this may impact the visibility of your Halal listings on the platform ahead of the Hari Raya campaign period.

To retain the “Halal” and HCS dietary attribute, please kindly submit the following via this Google form:

• SKU Maintenance Template** with SKU number and indicate “Yes” under the “Halal” column (Col. Z) and/or “Healthier Choice” column (Col. AB)

• Halal and/or Healthier Choice certificate for the submitted SKU

**Please do not upload your SKU maintenance template via the Seller Portal, we will assist to do it on your behalf once approved. Please only submit the template via the Google form.
