Dear Sellers,
We would like to share more about an advertising solution (CitrusAd) that you can adopt to enhance onsite visibility and sales.
CitrusAd is a self-service auction-based advertising platform for sellers to own premium placement to increase sales and brand/product awareness on Fairprice Online’s website.
Two advertising features: (1) Product Advertisement, (2) Banner Placement [via category listing or search keyword(s)]

The CitrusAd system allow you to create ads in seconds and measure performance in real-time.
Sellers’ products will automatically be loaded into the ad system allowing them to search for their products by name or sku and add them to their campaign.
Sellers are in full control for their ad spend including how much they’d like to spend per product, per day and the maximum they are prepared to pay to be shown to the customer.
Sellers can further refine their targeted customer by adding “search terms” that match their target audience. This function means their ads will appear when the search term is entered by a customer.
*Note: Differences between the 3 budget strategies
(a) Always On
When selected, the campaign will be active all the time. This is a more aggressive method and sellers generally do not have to set a budget based on per day etc. The charges will be deducted accordingly from the e-wallet based on per click/impression.
(b) Daily Spend
Sellers can decide on the campaign spend based on per day. E.g. $50 per day for the entire campaign period.
(c) Total Spend
Sellers can decide on the campaign spend based on the overall duration of the campaign. E.g. $800 for the entire campaign period.
