Step 2: Select the type of campaign you wish to run
Product Ad: Highlight product/SKU placement
Banner: Static banner (refer to banner guidelines in the following)
*Note:
(1) Both ‘Product Ad’ and ‘Banner’ campaign share the same steps thereafter, with an exception of Step 3 (under Select Placement - additional option of ‘Home’ for Banner) and Step 7.

Kindly note that the final artwork in an editable PDF/AI file has to be sent over at least approx. 3 weeks in advance before the scheduled campaign date for approval.

Naming convention for campaign: Parent Company Name_Brand Name_Ad Type_Placement_MMMYYYY

Naming convention for campaign: MP_Seller Name_Ad Type__Placement_MMMYYYY

3. Select duration of the campaign
Step 4: Select a wallet
This e-wallet will be the starting amount that you have indicated upon wallet activation during CitrusAd account creation (e.g. $500, which is the minimum activation amount).
Charges will be deducted from the e-wallet accordingly based on per clicks/impressions during the campaign period.
To top up your e-wallet, simply let your Account Managers know the amount, and it will be billed to you separately thereafter.
By default, you will have to manually click the ‘Add’ button and select the FairPrice catalog to activate product selection for the next step.
Step 6: Select products to advertise
Under the ‘Advertised Product Selection’ section, you will need to key in your product items or brand name (e.g. Ee Hui) for products to appear.
Click ‘Add’ to include the respective products into the campaign.
(a) Choose the banner placement for Banner Ad
Choose your preferred banner slot placement.

*Your banner will be at the first placement only when there isn't any banner ads during the time you are running an ad.
(b) Choose the search term(s) for Product Ad
You may input the keywords that are relevant to your products (e.g. product, brand name, country-specific) or what you think customers may potentially key in the search bar when looking for specific products.
For example, if you are selling Korean/hotpot-related products, some relevant keywords that you can include: fish cake, dumplings, wanton, Korean.

Proceed to Step 8 if you are running Banner ads.
Proceed to Step 9 if you are running Product ads.

Email your respective Account Managers/Seller Acquisition PIC once your banner is ready for vetting before uploading.
After the banner artwork has been approved, you will be notified to upload the banner. Additionally, do input your Marketplace e-store URL and click ‘Save’ after completion.

Important: For all banner approval, kindly send us the working file at least 3 weeks in advance before the start date of your campaign.
Select the Spend Type
Always On
Keep the campaign to be active all the time.
This is a more aggressive method and sellers generally do not have to set a budget based on per day etc.
The charges will be deducted accordingly from the e-wallet based on per click/impression.

2. Daily Spend
Decide on the campaign spend based on per day. E.g. $50 per day for the entire campaign period.
Min: $0.006
3. Total Spend
Decide on the campaign spend based on the overall duration of the campaign. E.g. $800 for the entire campaign period.
Do double check on all the information that you have entered/selected previously and if all the details are accurate, you are ready to launch your campaign!
For every submission of a new campaign, product ads or banner ads do check back on the system again after 11am and after 5pm daily.

Reports page
Allows sellers to view their Average Return of Asset (ROAS), Average Conversion Rate, Average Cost per Click, and Total Sales Quantity.
Sellers can also filter for the type of results that they wish to see for the campaigns, products or search terms (for Product ads).
Following is the default landing page for the Reports page.
Once sellers have started running a campaign (either Banner or Product ads), they will be able to view data from the Reports page.
