1978 to 1989 Series

The brown bordered maps were released in 1978, 1979, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1987, and 1989. This series is similar in execution to the blue series, however, the characters have returned to the border of the map. Some future attractions appear, but never to the degree as in the 1958 series. Still, the Disneyland Hotel is absent, the monorail apparently ending abruptly in the middle of the parking lot and on Harbor Blvd.
