Besides being fun, water volleyball offers a range of physical and mental benefits, making it a fun and engaging way to stay active. It's a low-impact sport that's easy on the joints, improves cardiovascular health, and enhances muscle tone, particularly in the legs, arms, and core. Additionally, it boosts coordination, balance, and reflexes, and provides a social and stress-relieving experience.
At the Morris City Pool, we will offer "5 on 5" and "4 x 4" formats. Other formats may be added as well as a possible tournament in August if demand warrants it.
The "5 on 5" format will consist of two teams of 5 players each. You can form your own team ahead of time or form a team with other like-minded individuals when you arrive.
The 4 x 4 format is for 4 individuals playing with a cross net.
Only $3 kids (under 18); $5 per adult.
Kids age 14 and under must play with their parent/guardian.
The slides and diving boards will be inaccessible during this time.
