Pool Program Flyer for 2025

Please visit the pool during select days in May or during Open Swim hours to register for swim lessons, book parties, or purchase season passes:

Program Registrations, Party Bookings, and SeasonPass Sales are done at the pool.

Do NOT mail any registrations, bookings, etc. All bookings are done at the pool.

Any mailed registrations will be returned.

Must secure a party with a deposit and completed paperwork signed off on by pool personnel ($50 min. deposit). Sorry, we do not accept credit/debit cards. Please have cash or in-town checks.

Cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the party to receive a full refund. A $25 processing fee applies to any customer cancellations within two weeks of the party.

We do NOT accept and/or guarantee any mailed registrations, bookings, etc. in fear of overbooking.

Your party will have exclusive access for the day to several picnic tables on deck at the pool.

No glass please!

"DAY" Parties

Daily (Monday thru Sunday) starting at 11:00 a.m.
Exclusive use of the pool from 11:00 a.m. - noon.
Continued use of pool facility during open swim until closing (4:00 pm weekdays/6:00 pm weekends/holidays).
Use of all pool features (diving boards, slides, splash pad, etc.).
Entry to the facility for setup as early as 10:30 a.m.
Plans start at $170 for residents and $250 for non-residents. Please see the party reservation form for details.

"NIGHT" Parties

Saturday, Sunday, & Holiday evenings from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. or
Weeknights (Mon-Fri) 8:30-10:30pm.
Exclusive use of the pool.
Use of all pool features (diving boards, slides, splash pad, etc.).
Entry to the facility a half-hour prior to party start time for set up.
Plans start at $340 for residents and $470 for non-residents. Please see the party reservation form for details.

DETAILS

Weather clause: It is up to the Pool Manager’s discretion whether to have the event. In the event that it is cancelled, you will be offered the next available date to reschedule your party.

Food & Beverages: You may bring your own food and beverages (or have a third party deliver). Food and beverages are permitted in the picnic area only. Glass containers, tobacco products, and alcohol beverages are not permitted in the pool areas nor in any public park. You will have access to the pool's picnic area ½ hour before party start time for set-up.

Pool Rules: Everyone must follow all pool rules enforced by the lifeguards/pool managers.

Cancellations: Everyone Cancellations must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the party to receive a full refund. A $25 processing fee applies to any customer cancellations within 2 weeks of the party.

Deposit: A deposit of $50.00 is required to book your party/rental. The date and time are not guaranteed until a valid deposit and properly completed forms are received by the pool manager. We accept cash and in-town checks.

AM Parties (11am-Noon exclusive and stay with public until next close) any day of the week.

Sat/Sun PM Parties (6:30pm - 8:30pm exclusive use)

Mon-Fri PM Parties (8:30 - 10:30pm exclusive use)

Please come to the pool with deposit (cash/in-town check) and completed/signed agreement to secure a date.
