ALWAYS MAKE SURE CLIENTS HAVE SIGNED ALL NECESSARY PAGES OF APPLICATIONS AND REVIEW FORMS BEFORE THEY LEAVE. :)
Step One
Stamp the document with "Received" date.
The first page, all pages with a signature, and any added documents (pay stubs, leases, bills, etc) need to be stamped.
Step Two
Scan document to you computer and label it with the person's name and zip code
I immediately put it in my "ILINX" folder
Step Three
Open ILINX in Microsft Edge Browser
Click "New" > DHS - EAP Central Mail > OK
Type in Zip Code > OK
Go to "File Import" > Unclassified Doc
Search for your document and click "open"
Once all pages are uploaded and easy to read, click "Submit"
Step Four
Move document into "Uploaded" Folder to ensure it won't be uploaded again.
If someone has turned in a SNAP application, it may be eligible for expedited processing.
