Using the RMTS Observation Report Document, locate all important information
Type of Worker and Quarter you're in
Date and Time of Random Moment
Workers to be included in the email

Attach the Random Moment Code Sheets (There is a tab at the bottom so each worker can switch between Social Worker and Eligibility Worker to get their correct code)
Compose your message (use smiley faces if you're feeling smiley)
In the subject line, I just put "Random Moment"
List your recipients in the "To" line
DO NOT PUSH SEND YET - Click the "down arrow" and click "Schedule Send"
Click "Custom Time"
Set the date and time for the Random Moment.
Double Check to make sure it's correct
Triple Check to make sure it's correct
THEN press Send
